Leading producer of exotic pet diets recalls several formulas of food

The products that have been recalled are reported to have elevated
vitamin D levels —something that can be harmful to animals if fed for
extended periods, the company reported.
The exotic animal foods were produced at PMI’s Richmond, Indiana plant and distributed throughout the U.S. and to some international markets.
PMI reports it has contacted retailers and has asked them
to notify consumers. The diets should not be given to pets, the company
